Barr. Augustine Uchechukwu Kalu
Barr. Kalu Augustine is the founder and legal advisor of Social Rights Watch. He is a disability rights activist with over 15 years of experience in the sector.
He is a passionate advocate of inclusion and has consistently showcased this through his several engagements with local and international stakeholders in the quest for the ratification and adoption of several legal protocols and provisions on disability including the landmark, Discrimination against persons with disabilities prohibition Act (2018).
He posits a strong academic and professional experience having obtained an LLM from the prestigious Davis school of Law at the University of California.
He is a member of several professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators United Kingdom , the International Bar Association, Law Officers Association of Nigeria and the Nigerian Bar Association
